Salgın Hastalık Mevzuat Düzenlemeleri ve Hastanelerde Risk Değerlendirme

Tüm dünyada olduğu gibi salgın hastalık ülkemizde de sağlık kurum ve kuruluş faaliyetlerine aşırı bir yük getirmiştir. Sağlık hizmeti sunan hastanelerin yönetimleri, salgın hastalık nedeniyle ortaya çıkan aşırı yükü yönetirken hastane güvenliği usul ve esasları bakımından da hastane işyeri güvenliğine zaman ayırmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmanın amacı, hastane iş sağlığı ve güvenliği süreçlerine dönük nicel ve nitel araştırmaları içerik analizi yöntemi ile değerlendirmektir. Araştırma için ulusal tez merkezi tezleri incelenmiş ve doktora tezlerinde kullanılan nicel ve nitel araştırmaların içerik analizi yapılmıştır. İçerik analizi yöntemi ile elde edilen verilerin anahtar kelimelere göre istatistiksel dağılımları yapılmıştır. Ortaya çıkan bulgulara göre tezlerde, en sık rastlanan meslek hastalıkları ile iş kazalarının ele alındığı ve bu durumların hastane güvenliğine etkileri irdelenmiştir. Bu araştırmada kullanılan veriler, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda yapılan ulusal tez merkezi kayıtlarında yer alan 53 doktora tezi verileri ile sınırlıdır. Bu araştırma ile başta salgın hastalıklar olmak üzere sağlık hizmeti almak üzere hastanelere başvuran bireylerin karşılaştıkları hastane işyeri ortamındaki iş sağlığı güvenliği süreçlerine ve önemine işaret etmektir.

As in the whole world, the epidemic has brought an excessive burden to the activities of health institutions and organizations in our country. While the management of hospitals providing health services manages the overload caused by the epidemic, they also allocate time for hospital workplace safety in terms of hospital safety procedures and principles. The aim of this study is to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative research on hospital occupational health and safety processes with content analysis method. For the research, the theses of the national thesis center were examined and the content analysis of the quantitative and qualitative researches used in the doctoral theses was made. The statistical distribution of the data obtained by the content analysis method according to the keywords was made. According to the findings, the most common occupational diseases and work accidents were discussed in the theses and the effects of these situations on hospital safety were examined. The data used in this research is limited to the data of 53 doctoral theses in the national thesis center records on occupational health and safety. With this research, it is aimed to point out the occupational health and safety processes in the hospital workplace environment and the importance of individuals who apply to hospitals to receive health services, especially epidemic diseases.
