Sağlık Çalışanlarının Hasta Mahremiyeti Konusundaki Algılarının İncelenmesi

Hasta mahremiyeti sağlık hizmetlerinin güvenilir şekilde yürütülmesi açısından sağlık kuruluşları açısından hayati önem taşımaktadır. Sağlık kuruluşlarından çalışan her bireyin hasta mahremiyeti konusundaki duyarlılığına sahip olması beklenmektedir. Hasta mahremiyeti konusunda sağlık çalışanlarının tutumu, sağlık kurumunun tutumu olarak algılanmaktadır. Bu nedenle sağlık çalışanlarının hasta mahremiyetine yönelik tutumlarının düzenli incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Buradan hareketle bu araştırmada sağlık çalışanlarının hasta mahremiyeti konusundaki tutumlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Meram Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesinde görev yapan sağlık çalışanlarından anket yöntemi ile elde edilen bir very seti oluşturulmuştur. Veri seti, SPSS paket programı aracılığıyla araştırmaya konu olan hastanedeki sağlık çalışanlarının verdiği cevaplar yüzde analizi yoluyla değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada araştırmaya konu olan hastanedeki sağlık çalışanlarının hasta mahremiyetine yönelik pozitif algılarının neredeyse en üst seviyede olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Patient privacy is of vital importance for health institutions in terms of the reliable execution of health services. It is expected that every individual working in healthcare institutions has a sensitivity to patient privacy. The attitude of healthcare professionals on patient privacy is perceived as the attitude of the healthcare institution. For this reason, it is necessary to regularly examine the attitudes of healthcare professionals towards patient privacy. From this point of view, it is aimed to examine the attitudes of healthcare professionals about patient privacy in this study. For this purpose, a data set obtained from the healthcare professionals working at Necmettin Erbakan University Meram Medical Faculty Hospital by questionnaire method was created. The data set was evaluated by percentage analysis of the answers given by the healthcare professionals in the hospital, which was the subject of the research, through the SPSS package program. In the study, it was concluded that the positive perceptions of the healthcare professionals in the hospital, which were the subject of the research, towards patient privacy were almost at the highest level.
