Dijital Hastane

Teknolojinin gelişimiyle beraber hizmet sektörü birçok yenilik ortaya çıkmaktadır. Hastanelerin de bir hizmet sektörü olması ve dinamik bir yapıya sahip olmaları sürekli yeniliği zorunlu kılmaktadır. Hastanelerde bu yenileme sürecinde en çok göze çarpan yenilik dijital hastane yolunda atılan adımlardır. Bu çalışmada da sağlık sisteminin iyileştirilmesi, verimliliğin arttırılması ve maliyetin düşürülmesi noktasında bir çözüm olacağı düşünülen dijital hastane kavramından, dijital hastanelerin getireceği fırsat ve tehditlerden, dijital hastanelerin seviyelendirilmesinde rol oynayan kuruluş olan HIMSS ve bu kuruluşun kurduğu EMRAM modelinden bahsedilerek Türkiye’deki dijital hastane yolundaki genel durumu hakkında genel bir çerçeve çizilmeye çalışılmıştır.

With the development of technology, many innovations are emerging in the service sector. Technology reveals the obligation of hospitals to constantly innovate especially it has a service sector and a dynamic structure. The most thrilling innovation is the steps taken on the road to digital hospital in this situation. In this study, the improvement of the health system is mentioned as a general framework for digital hospital towards the overall situation in Turkey has tried to scratch that from the digital hospital concept, which is thought to be a solution at the point of increasing the productivity and reducing the cost, the opportunities and threats that digital hospitals bring, HIMSS, an organization that plays a role in leveling digital hospitals and from the EMRAM model established by this organization.
